Refund and ReturnPolicy
This policy applies to everything you buy from Afro-Caribbean foods store online.
We take great pride in ensuring that our products get to you in perfect condition. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to replace or issue a full refund on most products, as long as it is within the relevant cancellation period.
For all non-edible grocery products you have 28 days to change your mind. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition. Please note that proof of purchase is required.

Products Not Refundable Unless Faulty
The following products are not refundable unless faulty:
Frozen, smoked or perishable goods
Baby foods
Change of mind
We'd like you to be happy with everything you purchase from Afro-Caribbean food store online. If you have a change of mind about your purchase, please return the product in their original packaging and in their original condition with your proof of purchase, within 28 days from the day you receive the goods (the cancellation period) and we'll happily offer a refund. Note that we do not accept change of mind returns on certain products due to health and hygiene reasons: Frozen, smoked or perishable goods and baby food once they've left the store.

Receiving your refund
By credit or debit card: Your money will go back onto the same card. Allow 3 - 5 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
